Key Responsibilities
Dealership Recruitment & Sourcing
- Post job openings for sales executives, service advisors, mechanics, and parts helpers.
- Source local candidates using regional job boards, social media, and walk-in drives.
- Coordinate interview schedules for the Showroom Manager and Service Manager.
- Check professional references from previous dealerships or automotive service centers. [3, 4]
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor daily biometric logs or punch-in records for all showroom and workshop shifts.
- Track monthly attendance, late arrivals, overtime hours, and approved leaves.
- Compile sales commission data based on vehicle delivery reports for payroll processing.
- Verify incentive metrics for workshop technicians based on job cards completed.
Employee Onboarding & Compliance
- Organize onboarding files for new hires, including licenses, IDs, and background checks.
- Coordinate brand training schedules mandated by the two-wheeler manufacturer.
- Track mandatory uniform distribution and safety gear compliance for workshop mechanics.
- Maintain personnel records to ensure compliance with local labor and factory acts.
Workplace Coordination & Support
- Address employee queries regarding dealership policies, uniform rules, and incentives.
- Draft internal memos regarding holiday schedules, target achievements, or policy changes.
- Assist in resolving friction between sales, service, or spare parts departments.
- Organize dealership events, festive celebrations, and employee-of-the-month rewards.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking daily attendance and calculating incentives.
- Familiarity with dealer management software (DMS) or basic HRIS tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws concerning retail showrooms and mechanical workshops.
Soft Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with both corporate sales staff and mechanics.
- High operational stamina to handle the fast-paced nature of a retail automotive environment.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to manage frontline customer-facing staff issues.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience; preference given to candidates with retail, hospitality, or dealership exposure.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
