- Coordinate and arrange hospital marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, and social media)
- Meeting referring doctors, clinics, and other healthcare providers
- Arrange outreach programs, health camps, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and awareness events
- Generating tie ups with diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and corporate for tie-ups and health check packages
- Coordinate with internal departments (clinical, operations, HR) for aligned branding and patient communication materials printing and delivery.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with medical and brand guidelines
- Visit local communities, residential societies, clinics, schools, and corporate offices to promote hospital services
- Collect the data and information from competitors and consolidating same.
- Distribute brochures, leaflets, and banners in strategic locations
- Assist in organizing and supporting promotional events
- Educate the public on available health packages, OPD timings, and special doctor visits
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of daily field activities
