- Assure Relevant Process Changes are in accordance to AS9100D acceptable norms
- Assuring to Enhance Manufacturing OEE through improving the Manufacturing and Measurement Methods
- Collaborate and Lead Peers and Subpeers Viz. Production, PPC, SALES, Engineering, Quality to identify Manufacturing Risk and Mitigate
- Mentor Kaizen (Safety, People, Skill, Talent, Process, Quality, Setup Change, Tool Cost and etc.,)
- Leading, Driving, ensuring Quality Management System and Customer Specific Compliances
- Communicate Manufacturing Production Transition Performance, Progress, Effectiveness Actions - MIS
- Machining Process & Parameters Correction / Improvement – 40%
- Setup Changeover Time Reduction – 40%
- Optimise / Reduce Tool Cost – 20%
- Technical & Professional Knowledge required: High Mix Low Volume Machining parts production and Processes
- Experience required: 10 ~ 15 Years
- Personal Attributes required: Manufacturing Technical Competence, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Organisation
- Domain / Functional skills required: CNC Turning, Milling, Grinding, Tooling, Fixturing and etc.
