Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers to generate sales or service inquiries.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer queries effectively.
- Explain products/services and provide relevant information to customers.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum / Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers can apply).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify language - English/Tamil/Hindi/Regional Language].
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle rejection, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
