Tour Package and Air Tickets Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Tour Package and Air Tickets Coordinator is responsible for managing travel arrangements for clients, including air travel, accommodation, ground transportation, and customized tours. This role involves coordinating with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and tour operators to create seamless travel experiences. The coordinator will also assist clients with booking flights and tour packages, providing recommendations based on their preferences, and ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in travel coordination, airline ticketing, or related fields.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the travel industry, airlines, hotel chains, and tour operators.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with travel booking systems, airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), and Microsoft Office.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in bookings, itineraries, and documentation.
