We are looking for a responsible and experienced Line Incharge cum Quality Incharge for our Engineered Wood Furniture Manufacturing Unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing the production line and ensuring proper quality control of finished products.
Products: Temple, TV Unit, Shoe Rack, Wardrobe, Kitchen Rack, Wall Shelf and other engineered wood furniture items.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the furniture production line
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved
- Guide and coordinate with workers on the production floor
- Check product quality including size, finishing, and fitting
- Ensure proper use of machines and production processes
- Conduct final quality inspection before packing
- Report production progress and quality issues to management
Requirements:
- Experience in furniture manufacturing or modular furniture production
- Knowledge of engineered wood furniture
- Experience in quality checking and production supervision
- Ability to handle a production team
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
