Responsibility of the Role
1 Experience providing expert level Tier 3 support while mentoring less experienced technicians.
2 Uses sound judgment when making decisions and dealing with others.
3 Able to handle customer and interaction with them to understand their need and provide them with technical solution using expertise
4 Able to design and implement technical solution under Meraki SD-WAN, Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco DNA Center.
5 Strong knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, STP, VTP, HSRP, VRRP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, etc.) and network technologies (e.g., Cisco Catalyst Switches, Meraki SD-WAN, Cisco WLAN).
6 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
7 Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical customers.
8 Proficient in network monitoring and ticketing tools.
9 Provide expert-level troubleshooting support for network-related issues and proactively identify areas.
