Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Influencer Marketing Coordinator to own end-to-end influencer partnerships — from identifying the right creators to negotiating deals and tracking campaign performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach & onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube & more
- Lead negotiation of collaboration terms, deliverables & fees
- Manage content briefs, timelines & day-to-day influencer communication
- Plan and execute micro-influencer campaigns with measurable impact
- Stay on top of community trends — events, brand collabs & cultural moments
- Monitor campaign metrics: reach, engagement, conversions & ROI
- Cultivate long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years in influencer marketing at a consumer-facing start-up
- Hands-on experience in influencer coordination & negotiation
- Proven micro-influencer campaign expertise
- Strong pulse on community trends, events & brand collaborations
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (HypeAuditor, Social Blade, etc.)
- Experience with talent agencies, MCNs & independent creators
Good to Have
- Network of lifestyle & consumer influencers across tiers
- Familiarity with Asana, Trello or similar tools
- Understanding of paid media amplification of influencer content
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
