Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit 2–4 sites daily and monitor work progress
2. Supervise installer teams and ensure discipline
3. Ensure quality installation of blinds, curtains, wallpaper, flooring, and panels
4. Check measurements and material availability before work starts
5. Resolve on-site issues and avoid project delays
6. Maintain daily reports with photos and videos
7. Track and manage tools issued to installers
8. Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution
Requirements:
1. 2–5 years of site supervision experience
2. Interior or construction industry background preferred
3. Own bike mandatory
4. Good communication and reporting skills
5. Responsible, proactive, and disciplined attitude
Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹28,000 + Petrol Reimbursement
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
