The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, strengthen relationships with architects and developers and support business growth across all product verticals.
The role requires a blend of B2B marketing, digital marketing, event management, channel marketing and relationship-building skills within the construction, architecture and building materials industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Build and position Kamal Lifespace as a preferred partner for premium architectural and building solutions.
- Create brand-building initiatives targeting architects, interior designers, developers, builders and consultants.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
Lead Generation & Business Support
- Generate qualified leads for sales teams through digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Develop marketing programs focused on residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and institutional projects.
- Support sales teams with presentations, brochures, case studies and project references.
- Track and optimize lead conversion performance.
Digital Marketing
- Manage company website, SEO, SEM and social media presence.
- Execute LinkedIn, Google and industry-specific campaigns.
- Create content including blogs, project showcases, product highlights, videos and customer testimonials.
- Manage email marketing and marketing automation activities.
Architect & Developer Engagement
- Organize architect meets, product presentations, CPD sessions and networking events.
- Build relationships with leading architectural firms, consultants and developers.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and technical awareness programs.
Brand & Communication
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Develop marketing collateral including:
- Product brochures
- Catalogues
- Technical datasheets
- Corporate presentations
- Case studies
- Project photography and videos
- Manage public relations and media opportunities.
Events & Exhibitions
- Plan and execute participation in industry exhibitions, trade fairs and conferences.
- Coordinate launches of new products and solutions.
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and post-event lead follow-up.
Channel & Partner Marketing
- Coordinate marketing activities with principal brands.
- Utilize available co-marketing opportunities, campaigns and promotional resources.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing standards.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Identify emerging opportunities in facade, fenestration, architectural hardware and cladding segments.
- Provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.
Team & Budget Management
- Manage external agencies, designers, photographers and digital marketing partners.
- Prepare and monitor annual marketing budgets.
- Measure ROI and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
