KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the digital marketing team.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, videographers, and social media executives.
- Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with hospital objectives.
- Create strategies to increase patient engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Social Media Management
- Oversee hospital social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and approve content calendars.
- Ensure timely posting and audience engagement.
- Advertising & Campaign Management
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Track and analyze campaign performance.
- Website & SEO Management
- Monitor hospital website performance and updates.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Coordinate with web developers for website maintenance and improvements.
- Content Management
- Approve marketing content, videos, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Ensure content accuracy and compliance with healthcare guidelines.
- Develop patient-centric marketing campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track website traffic, social media performance, and campaign results.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and present insights to management.
- Use data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
- Brand Management
- Maintain and strengthen the hospital’s online reputation.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms.
- Manage online reviews and patient feedback.
Qualification: Bachelor of business administration.
Preference shall be given to candidate with three or more years of experience as a call centre team leader for a multispeciality hospital.
