Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Master's Degree in Mathematics or Education is preferred.
Roles and responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources.
- Foster numeracy, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills through interactive and activity-based learning.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Provide timely feedback and implement remedial support for students requiring additional assistance.
- Maintain accurate academic records, lesson plans, attendance, and student progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic performance and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and school leadership to support academic excellence.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices into classroom instruction.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, professional development programmes, and co-curricular activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
