Job Description – Sales Manager (Full-Time | On-Site / Hybrid)
BookMyGlow India Private Limited, India’s trusted salon & spa booking platform that provides a complete SaaS-based solution for salon, spa, and beauty parlour owners with 0% commission, verified listings, staff scheduling, customer engagement tools, automated marketing, smart analytics, and instant 24/7 booking app for customers, is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager with 3–7 years of B2B sales experience to lead the sales of its Salon Management Software across India. The role involves end-to-end B2B sales cycle including lead generation through cold calling, field visits, LinkedIn and referrals, conducting product demos and presentations to salon/spa owners, negotiating and closing subscription deals, achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets, building and managing a high-performing sales team, maintaining strong client relationships for retention and upselling, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in SaaS/software sales (beauty & wellness industry preferred), excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, willingness to travel pan-India, and hands-on experience with CRM tools.
