We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving sales activities for our co-working spaces. The Sales Associate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, addressing inquiries and providing relevant information about our co-working spaces.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service to understand their needs and preferences.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in generating leads, scheduling appointments, and conducting follow-ups to convert prospects into tenants.
- Coordinate the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales and increase occupancy rates.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions using CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and timely resolution of any issues or concerns raised by existing clients.
Pay: ₹30,000.33 - ₹40,850.32 per month
