WANTED : Civil Site Supervisor
Location: Thalappady (Near Manarcadu)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor for a Church Construction Project
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
- Ensure work is executed as per project drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
- Inspect ongoing work and resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain site records, and material usage reports.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within project schedules.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of civil construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
- Good leadership and team coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with site documentation and project tracking.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in construction/site supervision preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
