We are looking for an experienced and skilled Staff Cook to prepare meals for hotel staff while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily meals for hotel staff as per the planned menu.
- Ensure food is fresh, hygienic, and properly cooked.
- Manage food ingredients and minimize wastage.
- Maintain proper storage of food items and ingredients.
- Ensure timely preparation and serving of staff meals.
- Follow hotel policies and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cook or Staff Cook preferred.
- Knowledge of basic Indian/kerala-style cooking.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
