Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence and drive sales for our packaged drinking water range. You will be responsible for identifying new retail outlets, managing institutional accounts, and ensuring our products are always visible and available in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Identify and onboard new customers.
- Direct Sales & Order Booking: Conduct daily field visits to existing and potential clients to secure orders and ensure regular supply through distributors.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with shop owners and procurement managers to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Visibility & Merchandising: Ensure proper product placement, prominent shelf visibility, and effective use of POS materials at every outlet.
- Bulk & Institutional Sales: Target high-volume clients for bulk water requirements.
- Reporting & Feedback: Maintain accurate daily sales records in the CRM tool and provide market feedback on competitor pricing and demand.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:Graduate in Business or Marketing preferred.
- Experience: 0–5 years of field sales experience; prior experience in FMCG, beverages, or packaged water is a major advantage.
- Technical: Proficiency in using mobile sales apps or CRM software and basic MS Excel.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for extensive daily travel within the territory.
- Language: Fluency in the local language is essential for effective client interaction.

- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of water quality standards, pH levels, and the benefits of mineral water over competitors
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
