Samson Orthopaedics is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Sales Coordinator to manage international sales coordination, documentation, and client communication for our growing export business.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with international clients & distributors
Handle export order processing & shipment coordination
Prepare export documentation, invoices & packing lists
Coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders & customs agents
Track dispatch status and ensure timely delivery
Maintain export MIS reports & order records
Support sales team in quotations & client follow-ups
Coordinate with production, dispatch & accounts departments
Monitor outstanding payments & export-related communication
Ensure smooth execution of export operations
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication & coordination skills
Knowledge of export documentation & logistics
Basic understanding of international trade procedures
Good Excel & reporting skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Experience in Pharma / Medical Devices / Export coordination preferred
Qualification: Graduate / MBA / Commerce Background Preferred
