Job Summary
The Coordination Associate is the operational glue between Procurement, Site Audit Associates, and Installation Associates — ensuring materials, people, and paperwork all arrive where they need to be, on time. This role suits someone highly organized who thrives on keeping multiple moving parts on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Procurement team to track material availability and communicate accurate delivery dates.
- Ensure timely deployment and arrival of Site Auditors and Installation Associates.
- Monitor adherence to company standards, including uniform compliance and professional conduct.
- Procure and maintain stock of consumables such as adhesives, foam rolls, and installation tools.
- Ensure job cards are submitted and delivered to the Branch Manager (BM) within the defined timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic tracking tools
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Comfort working to strict timelines
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure all sites reaching the Service Manager are audit/installation ready
- % customer signature and acknowledgement
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
