Job Summary
Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Design Engineer to design and develop industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in 2D/3D mechanical design, engineering drawings, and product development within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D and 3D mechanical designs using CAD software
- Develop detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings
- Create and update BOMs (Bill of Materials)
- Modify existing designs based on project requirements
- Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase departments for design execution
- Ensure designs comply with technical specifications and manufacturing standards
- Support prototype development, testing, and product improvement
- Maintain design documentation and revision records
- Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing and assembly
Qualifications
- Diploma (Polytechnic) or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Design Engineer in a manufacturing industry

- SolidWorks / Solid Edge / Creo
- 2D & 3D Mechanical Design

Preferred Skills
- Experience in industrial machinery or heavy engineering
- Knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
