Job Title: Estimator (Civil)
Location: Edappally, Kochi
Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Estimators to join our team in Edappally. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in civil engineering and the ability to accurately estimate project costs for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze drawings, blueprints, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Calculate materials, labor, and resource requirements
- Perform cost analysis including materials, labor, equipment, overheads, and profit margins
- Prepare and maintain estimation reports and documentation
- Coordinate with project and design teams for accurate estimation
- Use historical data and unit rates for precise cost evaluation
Requirements:
- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Estimator (2 positions available)
- Experience in residential and commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, drawings, and technical documents
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹43,946.76 per month
