Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students regarding career opportunities in Accounting, Finance, ERP, AI-powered Accounting, and Data Analytics.
* Explain course features, syllabus, certifications, fees, training methodology, and placement support.
* Handle inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media platforms, websites, and walk-ins.
* Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents.
* Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
* Maintain accurate student and lead records in CRM or admission management systems.
* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
* Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for student enrollment activities.
* Organise career guidance sessions, webinars, seminars, and educational events.
* Provide excellent pre-admission and post-admission support to students.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and corporate clients.

Required Skills

* Strong counselling, sales, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
* Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Qualification
* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
* Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
* Prior experience in educational counselling, admissions, telesales, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
