Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Retail Store Salesman to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the garment or apparel industry and possess excellent communication and sales skills. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features, fabrics, fittings, and styling options.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Assist in stock management, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Handle billing, customer inquiries, and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Support store operations and team activities as required.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / 12th Pass
- Additional qualifications in sales, retail, or customer service will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the garment, apparel, or retail industry.
- Experience in ethnic wear retail sales will be preferred.
