DFR Developers is looking for an experienced and result-driven General Manager – Sales & Business Growth to lead the sales and business expansion efforts for our prestigious Dholera Smart City Project. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker who can drive revenue, build high-performing sales teams, develop channel partner networks, and create strong investor relationships while operating from our Noida headquarters.
Key Responsibilities -
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive project sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement.
Channel Partner & Investor Management
- Build and strengthen broker, channel partner, and investor networks.
- Manage key client relationships and handle strategic deal closures.
- Conduct investor meets, webinars, and sales presentations.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify new markets and investor segments.
- Explore strategic partnerships and alliances to increase project reach.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and market intelligence.
- Drive lead generation and conversion initiatives.
Business Development
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
- Expand customer and investor reach across India.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
Sales Operations & Market Intelligence
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.
- Ensure efficient CRM management and reporting.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Desired Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong expertise in sales strategy, and deal closures.
- Experience in plotted developments, land sales, or investment-driven real estate projects preferred.
