- Position Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist who is passionate about helping children develop strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for children with speech, language, communication, and feeding difficulties.
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for children across different age groups.
2. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, articulation, fl uency, voice, and communication challenges.
3. Provide engaging and child-centered therapy sessions to improve communication skills, social interaction, and expressive and receptive language abilities.
4. Support children with developmental conditions such as autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, learning diffi culties, and speech delays.
5. Work collaboratively with pediatricians, occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators to provide integrated developmental care.
6. Guide and educate parents on home-based exercises and communication strategies to reinforce therapy outcomes.
7. Conduct speech and language screenings in preschools and community settings.
8. Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy plans, and progress reports.
9. Participate in parent education sessions, workshops, and school outreach programs related to speech and language development.
10. Stay updated with evidence-based practices and advancements in pediatric speech therapy.
Required Qualifi cations:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology & Speech Therapy, or a related fi eld from a recognized institution.
● Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is preferred.
● 2–5 years of experience in pediatric speech therapy is desirable.
● Experience working with children with speech delays, articulation disorders, language disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and feeding/swallowing diffi culties.
● Strong clinical assessment and therapy planning skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children and families
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
