Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and represent our premium outdoor furniture brand with professionalism and passion.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through walk-ins, referrals, and outbound outreach
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outdoor furniture solutions
Conduct product presentations and site visits when required
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and retail customers
Follow up on inquiries and ensure an excellent customer experience
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth order processing
Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in sales (furniture, luxury retail, real estate, or related industry preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
Target-driven with a proven sales track record
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
