Role Overview
As a Partner Manager, you will be the bridge between our vision and its execution on the ground. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing a robust network of partners—including educational institutions, corporate CSR wings, government bodies, and NGOs—to scale the impact of our scholarship and learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and map high-potential partners (Schools, Trusts, Universities, and Corporate CSR heads) to expand the foundation’s footprint.
- Onboarding & Relationship Management: Lead the end-to-end partnership cycle, from initial outreach and pitching to formalizing agreements and ongoing engagement.
- Program Expansion: Drive the adoption of our scholarship exams and digital learning tools within partner networks.
- CSR & Fundraising: Collaborate with corporate partners to align their CSR goals with the foundation’s educational projects.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for government educational departments and academic boards to ensure smooth program implementation.
- Impact Reporting: Monitor and document the progress of partnership-driven initiatives, providing regular reports to the leadership team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Social Work, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–6 years in Partnership Management, Business Development, or CSR (Education sector experience is highly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional persuasion and storytelling skills to convey the foundation’s mission to diverse stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Strong ability to handle complex discussions and close multi-stakeholder agreements.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to map out regional opportunities and design localized expansion strategies.
- Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Pay: ₹462,000.34 - ₹888,955.99 per year
