Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive School Coordinator to manage academic and administrative activities. The candidate will act as a bridge between management, teachers, students, and parents to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain high educational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily academic and administrative activities of the school.
- Ensure proper implementation of curriculum and lesson plans.
- Monitor teachers’ performance and provide guidance and support.
- Assist in planning timetables, examinations, and school events.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Handle student-related issues and ensure their overall development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding academic progress and school updates.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions for staff.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to school activities.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or relevant field.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching and school administration is desirable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
