About Us
WAVVZ is building a modern, enterprise-grade IoT software platform for smart buildings and infrastructure systems. Our product focuses on telemetry ingestion, real-time analytics, device management, machine-learning and AI applications for energy, HVAC, and industrial automation use cases.
We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer who can work across backend services and frontend applications, and help evolve our core platform and customer-facing modules.
Role Overview
As a Full-Stack Developer at WAVVZ, you will work on a production IoT platform used for large-scale deployments. You will contribute to backend APIs, real-time data pipelines, frontend dashboards, and platform customization required for enterprise customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning features end-to-end - from data ingestion to UI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for IoT telemetry, device management, and integrations
- Build and extend web-based dashboards and admin consoles for operators and customers
- Implement custom modules and platform features based on customer and product requirements
- Work with real-time data streams, rules, alerts, and time-series analytics
- Collaborate with product, UX, and BMS (Building Managment System) deployment teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure performance, security, and reliability in production environments
Required Skills & Experience Full-Stack Development
- Backend: Java / Node.js / Python (microservices, REST APIs)
- Frontend: React or Angular (modern SPA development)
Platform & Systems
- Experience building or extending enterprise software platforms
- Strong understanding of multi-tenant architectures
- Familiarity with real-time systems, websockets, event-driven design
Data & Connectivity
- Experience with time-series data, SQL / NoSQL databases
- Understanding of IoT concepts: devices, telemetry, messaging
- Exposure to protocols like MQTT / HTTP / WebSockets
General
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Clean code practices, testing, Git-based workflows
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving product team
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in Building Automation / Energy / Industrial IoT
- Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience building custom dashboards, rules, or alerting engines

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
