We are looking for enthusiastic and driven students to join us as Pre-Sales / Business Development Interns and gain practical exposure to customer engagement, lead management, and business operations.
Position Details Role:
Pre-Sales / Business Development Intern
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru Mode: Onsite
Duration: 6 Months
Internship Stipend Structure
● Months 1–3: ₹10,000 per month
● Months 4–6: ₹15,000 per month (based on performance evaluation)
Roles & Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Lead Management
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM tools
Understand customer requirements and qualify potential leads
Conduct follow-ups and support the lead conversion process
Explain company services and offerings to prospective clients Business Development Support
Identify potential customers, partners, and business opportunities
Assist in market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with internal teams during proposal and onboarding stages ● Support customer relationship management activities Coordination & Operations
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM/Google Sheets
Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales and business development activities
Assist with client meetings, vendor coordination, and operational follow-ups when required
Eligibility Criteria
Students pursuing or recently completed:
MBA / BBA
Marketing / Business-related programs
Engineering or related fields with interest in sales/business development
Skills Required
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
Self-motivated and proactive mindset
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
