Job Summary
The TeamLead will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving property sales, and ensuring achievement of team targets. This role involves hands-on leadership, client handling, and coordination with developers to maximize closures. Key Responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Target Achievement
Drive team sales targets and ensure revenue goals are met.
Support team members in closing deals and handling negotiations.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
2. Team Management
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Assign leads and monitor conversion ratios .
3. Client Handling
Interact with high-value clients and assist in property selection .
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Handle escalations and resolve client concerns.
4. Developer Coordination
Maintain relationships with real estate developers .
Stay updated on new project launches, pricing, and inventory.
Ensure accurate communication of project details to the team.
5. Process & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company sales processes and compliance.
Maintain MIS reports and sales dashboards.
Provide regular updates to senior management.
Key Requirements
Graduate(MBA preferred)
5–10yearsofexperience in real estate sales .
Prior experience in team handling or mentoring.
Strong understanding of Ahmedabad real estate market.
Good communication ,negotiation, and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
