1. Knowledge of Turning, cylindrical grinding and honing is essential
2. Day to day planning and problem solving in machining
3. Responsible for productivity improvement and find out new ideas to increase production
4. Responsible to reduce set up and changeover time, Involve in job changeover and arrange necessary fixturing in advance
5. Check drawing and communicate drawing requirement to operator
6. Responsible for resolving shopfloor daily issues
7. Check production consumables are available and ensure minimum stock before finish
8. Work on advance tooling of machines to improve productivity and quality
9. Prioritise production plan by coordinating with PPC engineer
10.Monitor plan vs actual on daily basis
11.Motivate and drive production team for achieving production target
12. Attend machine breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance team to start asap.
13. In process inspections to be carry out during processing
14.Responsible for final packing and dispatch
15.Train down line team to operate the machines and do multitasking
16.Work on Safety, housekeeping, 5’S’ and plant innovation
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
