Accounts Receivables:
(i) Invoices - Ensure creation, verification & submission of invoices with appropriate documentation & system update, for timely collections
(ii) Maintainance of records - to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollecMaintenancetible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
(iii) Daily cash management duties - Ensure recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
(iv) Monitor and collection - Ensure outstanding payments are received from clients within the stipulated time frame
(v) Reports and Analysis - Ratio analysis in relation to receivables (for management) to gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing
(vi) Team Player - Liaise with other accounting and finance team members, operations team, client servicing team to resolve accounts related discrepancies
Accounts Payable :
(i) Invoices - ensure assembling, review and verification of invoices and check requests, prior to making payments.
(ii) Data collection - Calculate, process invoices in the system, verify financial data for maintenance of records (accounts payable), and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
(iii) Invoice checking - Clarify any questionable invoice items / prices / receiving signatures, Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments, Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices (calculating and taking discounts when applicable), Reconcile with bank statements
(iv) Vendor management for the system - Verify following details (with vendor files) in the system (as updated by Operations / CS teams), before finalizing vendor data in the System - Vendor name, TAN / PAN no., vendor address, item description, amounts, previous payment history (if any). Correspond with vendors for any further details / queries. Respond to inquiries from vendors via internal teams.
(v) Reports and Analysis - Prepare analysis / trends on payables
MIS & Reporting:
(i) Requirements - Defining reports required by Management & HODs
(ii) Designing formats - Setting up formats based on key parameters
(iii) Fixing of timelines and responsibilities around the reports - Ensure timelines and responsibilities are clearly communicated to the stakeholders
(iv) Analysing data & developing insights - Submit analysis and insights to management on periodic intervals which will enable them to take timely decisions
(v) Action based on analysis - Support teams to take actions based on analysis / track the department expected to execute the actions
(vi) Ongoing improvements - Based on change in processes, update / redefine the report outcome to ensure correct insights are captured
(vii) Monthly stock valuation report, post stock taking exercise is completed
Payroll & Vendor Payments:
(i) Validate attendance data submitted by the HODs for actual payment to be processed
(ii) Ensure all deductions as per statutory compliance are made for employees i.e. TDS, ESI, EPF,etc.
(iii) Ensure payroll accounting is completed on monthly basis, maintain records in systematic format for atleast 5 years
(iv) Vendor and Consultant payments to be concluded as per defined timelines
Taxation (Including GST) :
(i) Recommend Tax strategies that align with business goals
(ii) Identify tax savings & suggest ways to increase profits
(iii) Prepare Quarterly / Annual Tax reports
(iv) Paperwork for Tax payments as per statutory norms
(v) Estimate and track tax returns
(vi) Maintain smooth coordination with other department, share financial data on regular basis
(vii) Follow various changes in the taxation norms / industry trends and accordingly make changes in the tax structure on regular basis
(viii) Liaise with internal / external auditors
Budgets & Forecasting
(i) Create a annual operating and financial plan, which would imply achieving Management's strategic plan
(ii) Variance Analysis - Preparations of quarterly / half yearly / annual budget &/ rolling forecast against actual performance
(iii) Provide analysis & data to Management, for decision making on improving financial performance, minimize risk, capture new opportunities from both within the company or externally available
Internal Audit and External Audit
INTERNAL AUDIT
(i) Define a step wise Internal audit process, create formats and educate the stake holders on usage and timelines for filling the same
(ii) Assess and evaluate internal controls of accounting functions.
(iii) Prepare audit reports on a periodic basis for the management.
(iv) Ensure completion of all audit programs on time.
(v) Review and reconcile all customers, vendors and ledger balances.
(vi) Make appropriate corrections wherever necessary.
(vii) Document all audit reports and findings for presentation to the management.
(viii) Implement best practices and procedures in all audit systems and accounting functions.
EXTERNAL AUDIT
(i) Liaise with external auditors and support them during the entire audit process
(ii) Be a channel between External auditors, Departments & Management during the audit phase

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
