JOB SUMMARY
The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising turnkey cleanroom projects, ensuring installation quality, manpower management, safety compliance, documentation and timely project completion while coordinating with clients, consultants and internal departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· 1. Site Execution: Supervise installation of cleanroom panels, doors, ceilings, glazing systems and related works.
· 2. Manpower Management: Allocate daily work, monitor labour productivity and subcontractors.
· 3. Material Management: Verify BOQ, inward material, storage and wastage control.
· 4. Quality Control: Ensure work complies with approved drawings, GMP requirements and QA/QC standards.
· 5. Safety: Enforce PPE, toolbox talks, work permits and housekeeping.
· 6. Documentation: Maintain DPR, inspection reports, measurement sheets, site photographs and handover records.
· 7. Client Coordination: Attend meetings, inspections and resolve execution issues.
· 8. Project Monitoring: Track progress, delays, punch points and final handover.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
Experience: 3–7 Years in Cleanroom / Industrial / Pharma Projects.
