## Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry events.
- Business and Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify inbound leads and manage the entire sales funnel from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Pitching & Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align strategies and optimize conversion rates.
- CRM Upkeep: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, deals, and customer interactions in our CRM ([e.g., Salesforce / HubSpot]).
## Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a business development, inside sales, or account management role (B2B experience is a major plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch to C-level executives.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and standard office tools (Google Workspace/MS Office).
- Traits: A self-starter attitude, strong negotiation skills, resilience in the face of rejection, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
