myTVS Accessories, a part of TVS Automobile Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is one of India's leading automotive accessories brands. We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and engage with our growing audience across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Create and publish engaging content, including Reels, Carousels, Static Posts, Product Launches, and Campaigns.
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media performance and track KPIs such as Reach, Impressions, Engagement Rate, Follower Growth, CTR, and Conversions.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and competitor activities.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages professionally.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Experience working with product-based brands (Automobile, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, D2C, Retail, Beauty, Lifestyle, etc.).
- Strong experience managing Instagram pages with proven audience growth and engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of content strategy, social media analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Preferred
- Experience managing Instagram pages with 12K+ followers.
- Experience working on consumer product campaigns and product launches.
- Portfolio or links to social media pages/campaigns managed.
