Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed reviews of cases flagged by the operations team, ensuring all red cases are accurately identified and documented.Re-evaluate inconclusive or mismatched results by cross-referencing court records and other relevant sources.
2. Investigative Analysis: Dig deeper into flagged cases to uncover discrepancies or confirm findings. Ensure alignment with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) throughout the review process.
3. Process Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
