Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our faculty team to teach CACHE Level 5 programs. The ideal candidate will combine practical experience in early childhood education with strong leadership and teaching capabilities to deliver high-quality learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective CACHE Level 5 curriculum to students.
- Lead, mentor, and guide learners, fostering a professional and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to curriculum development, course planning, and assessment strategies.
- Liaise with administration to maintain academic excellence and program compliance.
- Support student development through personalized feedback, coaching, and evaluation.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- CACHE Level 5 certification (mandatory).
- Proven experience in a managerial or senior teaching role, preferably within early childhood or nursery settings.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of early years education, child development, and teaching methodologies.
