We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and attract top talent across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers, drive sourcing strategies, ensure an excellent candidate experience, and support business hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, reference checks, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide recruitment updates, hiring reports, and market insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the organization professionally.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Talent Acquisition or Recruitment certification is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
- Excellent interviewing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
