Experience: 10+ Years
Qualification: MBA in Marketing / PGDM or Master's in Mass Communication
Role Summary
Lead the organization's research, branding, and digital marketing functions by developing strategic marketing initiatives, driving brand growth, and managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute branding and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, content, and performance marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize ROI.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
