- Operate and monitor servo blowing (blow molding) machines for PET bottle production.
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and parameter adjustments for different bottle sizes and designs.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of servo-based blowing machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to servo motors, PLC systems, heaters, and pneumatic components.
- Ensure consistent bottle quality, including weight, thickness, and finishing standards.
- Optimize machine performance to achieve maximum efficiency and minimum rejection.
- Maintain daily production reports, maintenance logs, and downtime records.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet production targets.
- Ensure proper functioning of air compressors, chillers, and auxiliary equipment connected to the blowing machine.
- Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Train operators and junior technicians on machine handling and basic troubleshooting.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
