US Market Sales Representative / Telecaller – Night Shift

About the Role
We are looking for confident and motivated candidates to join our team as a US Market Sales Representative / Telecaller and work with an international US client.
This is a great opportunity for graduates, MBA freshers, and candidates with telecalling or sales experience who want to build a career in International Sales and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with customers/clients in the US market.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with US customers.
- Explain products and services clearly and address customer queries.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Good English speaking and listening skills.
- Telecalling, BPO, International Calling, Inside Sales, or Sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Graduates and MBA freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Comfortable working in the US night shift.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to communicate professionally with US customers.
Healthcare experience is NOT mandatory. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
