We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive & Digital Marketing Lead to drive business growth through strategic initiatives while leading our digital marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive patient acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks.
- Lead the digital marketing team in planning and executing promotional campaigns across digital platforms.
- Oversee branding, social media, and online marketing activities.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze market trends, and submit management reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in business development and digital marketing.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a senior role within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, and digital marketing skills.
