Job Title: UI/UX + Graphic Designer

Role Overview :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX + Graphic Designer responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for websites and digital products. The role also involves handling graphic design requirements for branding, marketing collateral, social media creatives. The ideal candidate should effectively balance functional UX thinking with strong visual design aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing UI for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to define user experience.
- Develop and maintain design systems and consistency across products.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to implement design solutions.
- Design branding materials including logos, brand identity elements, and guidelines.
- Create marketing creatives such as social media posts, banners, and advertisements.
- Ensure all designs align with usability standards and business goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Required Skill & Qualification :
- Degree or Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication
- The candidate should be proficient in Figma (mandatory) along with tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop, with strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, user journey mapping, and design systems.
- They should also have a good understanding of typography, brand identity, and creating engaging social media creatives and marketing materials.
- Knowledge PowerPoint / Google Slides design, basic HTML/CSS awareness preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
