Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company headquartered in Gurugram, India. Our team consists of highly focused and motivated professionals with extensive expertise in parking management. We specialise in preventing unauthorised parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and other locations. Indus Parking Services manages the entire parking enforcement process efficiently and also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Services Analyst to join our team who will be responsible for monitoring parking technology systems, managing service incidents, maintaining asset records, and supporting the smooth operation of our technical services function.
As a Technical Service Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
· Monitoring ANPR cameras, payment kiosks, pay machines, and related technology platforms.
· Investigating system alerts, faults, and service interruptions.
· Logging, tracking, and managing incidents through the service desk/ticketing system.
· Performing first-line troubleshooting and escalating issues to internal teams, suppliers, or field engineers where required.
· Following incident management procedures to ensure timely resolution and minimising the service disruption.
· Monitoring service performance and identifying potential issues before they impact customers.
· Maintaining accurate records of company assets, including serial numbers, locations, installation dates, and ownership information.
· Updating and managing the asset register regularly.
· Tracking equipment installations, removals, replacements, and repairs.
· Monitoring stock levels of equipment and consumables.
· Raising purchase requests and coordinating equipment procurement when required.
· Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
· Monitoring system availability and service performance metrics.
· Maintaining accurate service documentation, records, and audit trails.
· Supporting internal and external audit activities through effective record management.
· Assisting with service reviews and performance analysis.
· Liaising with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
· Providing timely updates to stakeholders regarding incidents, service performance, and ongoing issues.
· Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Technical Services function.
· Ensuring effective communication between technical and operational teams.
The ideal candidate working as a Technical Service Analyst will display:

· Experience in handling service tickets, incidents, or customer support requests.
· Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of parking technology systems and operational processes.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or a related discipline is preferred.
· 1 year of experience in relevant field is required.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
