*Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)*
*1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding*
- Independently conduct end-to-end hiring for junior and unskilled staff positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Manage shortlisting of candidates and coordinate interview scheduling, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders
- Facilitate scheduling and coordination of interviews for technical, skilled, and specialized roles, subject to functional head approval
- Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding experience for all new hires
*2. Candidate Database Management*
- Create, maintain, and regularly back up a structured database of candidates across all roles and departments
- Ensure the database is organized, up to date, and accessible for future hiring requirements
*3. Internship & Campus Recruitment*
- Plan, manage, and execute internship drives and placement drives
- Build and maintain active collaborations with placement cells of colleges and universities to attract fresh talent and interns
- Represent the company at campus recruitment events and career fairs
*4. Employee Documentation & HR Compliance*
- Manage all documentation required during the employee onboarding process
- Ensure implementation of and adherence to HR policies and statutory compliances
- Maintain accurate and complete employee records at all times
*5. Employee Engagement & Performance Management*
- Assist in creating and managing company-wide employee engagement events and performance-boosting programs
- Support initiatives that promote a positive and productive work culture across all business units
*6. Leave, Shift & Workforce Efficiency Management*
- Manage and monitor employee leave records, shift schedules, and attendance
- Identify gaps in workforce deployment and assist in enhancing overall company efficiency
*7. Payroll, Compliance & Deductions*
- Assist in processing monthly payroll while ensuring compliance with applicable statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.)
- Maintain accuracy in payroll inputs and support timely payroll closure
*8. Full & Final Settlement*
- Coordinate and process Full & Final settlements for exiting employees in compliance with company policy and applicable labour laws
*9. HR MIS & Reporting*
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports including headcount, attrition, hiring tracker, and compliance summaries
- Present regular HR dashboards and data-driven insights to management
