Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-focused eCommerce Content Writer to create high-converting product
descriptions, brand content, and landing page copy. You’ll bring products to life through persuasive and
SEO-friendly writing that enhances user experience and drives conversions.
Key Responsibilities
● Write clear, compelling product descriptions, titles, and specifications.
● Ensure SEO optimization of product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
● Research product features and competitor listings to identify content gaps.
● Collaborate with design, marketing, and SEO teams for launch campaigns.
● Create content for banners, product pages, landing pages, and promotional emails.
● Maintain consistency in tone, brand language, and formatting across listings.
● Edit and update listings based on performance or product updates.
Skills & Qualifications
● Minimum 1–3 years of experience writing for eCommerce or retail brands.
● Strong SEO knowledge and familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
● Excellent research, proofreading, and copyediting skills.
● Ability to write benefit-driven content for a wide range of products.
● Understanding of consumer behavior and buying psychology.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s in English, Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
