Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales of our food waste management solutions, . The ideal candidate will have experience in project sales, institutional sales, infrastructure sales, environmental solutions, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Build relationships with project managers, developers, architects, consultants, facility managers, sustainability managers, environmental managers and municipal authorities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and outreach activities.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, institutional sales, infrastructure sales, environmental solutions, waste management, HVAC, building materials, construction products, water treatment, or related sectors.
- Strong network within real estate, educational institutions, municipalities, architects, consultants, or facility management companies is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel for client meetings.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
