- Lead daily business operations and company growth.
- Manage sales, marketing, CRM, and operations teams.
- Achieve sales, revenue, and business targets.
- Build relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
- Monitor team performance and conduct reviews.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalations.
- Oversee budgeting, collections, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Report business performance to management and drive strategic initiatives.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
