We are looking for energetic and highly proactive Field Marketing Executives to plan, organize, and execute high-footfall medical camps focused on Varicose Veins and vascular screening services across rural and semi-urban regions.
The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure successful camp execution through strong local partnerships, ground-level marketing, crowd mobilization, and patient support for nearby Avis Hospitals.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive fieldwork, local networking, event coordination, and healthcare awareness activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute medical camps across rural and semi-urban locations.
- Build partnerships with local organizations, community leaders, Lions Clubs, Rotary Clubs, and NGOs to drive camp participation.
- Coordinate local marketing activities and patient mobilization efforts.
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to promote camps and generate leads.
- Ensure strong patient turnout for free Doppler and vascular screening camps.
- Support patient counselling, follow-ups, and hospital admission conversions.
- Track camp performance, leads, consultations, and conversions.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to drive outreach initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in field marketing, healthcare marketing, camp coordination, sales, or community outreach.
- Strong local networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and public interaction abilities.
- Ability to independently manage field activities and travel extensively.
- Strong execution mindset with ownership and accountability.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital promotions is an advantage.
- Experience in healthcare/hospital marketing is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
